The collaboration of Latin jazz singer Natalia Bernal and South American folklore fusion band Los Chamanes was born from the friendship that developed between these Chilean natives in NYC. The band’s folkloric root, poetic lyrics and spontaneity quickly attracted Natalia, who brought professional quality and her enchanting voice to the project. Together they are presenting a repertoire mixing the band’s original songs and covers from Latin American and Nueva Canción authors. We presented the first edition of this show at Rose Live in Brooklyn, and are now taking it to the legendary Nuyorican Poets Cafe.

La colaboración de Natalia Bernal, cantante de latín jazz con Los Chamanes, agrupación de folklore latinoamericano fusionado, nació de la amistad entre aquellos compatriotas chilenos en Nueva York. La raíz folklórica, la poesía de la letra y la espontaneidad del grupo atrajeron rápidamente a Natalia, quien añadió su calidad profesional y su hermosa voz al proyecto. Presentan juntos un repertorio mezclando canciones originales del grupo, y canciones de autores de folklore latinoamericano y del Nuevo Canto. La primera edición del show fue en Rose Live Music en Brooklyn, y ahora lo traemos al mítico Nuyorican Poets Café.
